I thought I was buying a pair

I received my order of this today and was very disappointed to find only one strap in the package. In the ad, it says tug STRAPS, plural, so I was confident I was getting two. The same thing happened with another thing I ordered and long story short I need to spend 40 more bucks to get any of the stuff I ordered to work. If I had known there was only 1 in the box I would have gone with a cheaper brand.
