This slim 1" wide breast collar is handcrafted from indigo blue nylon webbing accented with dark red overlays and embroidered metallic silver stars for a modern look with patriotic flair. Breast pieces and center strap are lined with black ½" thick 100% felt. Stainless steel hardware, including floral buckles, dees and center ring.
