Classic Waterproof Riding Jacket!

Resistance Brand Waterproof Oilskin Duster. This slicker features rugged cotton oilskin fabric that is waterproof and perfect for harsh weather conditions. Patterned in the classic Duster style of the West that is great for riding, ranch work, and more!

This waterproof rain coat features stay-put leg straps on the inside that keep your legs protected from weather and traditionally styled front-to-back cape, snap front closure with snap-over storm flap. It has a plaid cotton inner lining at the upper half of the jacket interior. Over-sized top entry patch pockets and adjustable snap cuffs. Rear snap gusset allows for coverage over the back of the saddle.

Care and Cleaning: As with all oilskin products, DO NOT machine wash! Do not use detergents or soaps as this will destroy the oil/wax waterproofing. Brush off excess dirt or mud. Hand wash in cold water only. Hang to dry in well ventilated area. DO NOT hang in direct sunlight. Do not place in dryer or apply heat in any form. Commercial cleaning agents can be used that are specifically for Oilskin products, but may require re-proofing the coat after it has been cleaned.

When not in use, store (dry)coat by rolling it up. Do not store it away in direct sunlight.

Really great product. I was surprised at the sturdiness of the material. It's an oilskin so be prepared for the smell but just hang it somewhere for a bit and it will be fine. I am very happy with my purchase. Shipping was fast too. Thank you!

Good quality, heavier duty than expected. The snaps don't hold well but are the type that can be easily tuned up with some gentle hammer work on the post side.

Sizing runs alittle small. I’m 6’3 and a 54-55 inch chest. The 5x JUST fits with a tee shirt on. Great quality..definitely waterproof. Out shoveling snow in the last storm stayed dry as a bone. Just wish they had a 6xor even a 7x

Got this oilskin slicker after trying 2 much more expensive name brand raincoats that were complete fails. First good rain had to go out and bring all the horses in — stayed bone dry! Winner winner chicken dinner!!

Always wanted one of these. I got it as a Christmas present and I love it. Not too heavy to wear. Did get a size bigger to be able to wear sweatshirts under it and it is a good fit. I only wish directions on care were included with the duster. But all in all I love it!

Great Duster for the price. I have another one I paid a lot more money for Truth be told there’s not a lot of difference. I have worn this coat in cold rain and snow and was never uncomfortable.

Not as nice as an Outback coat I had year ago. I am 5'4" and the medium is a bit long. Slender build so there is room for a sweatshirt. The snaps do not hold well. I have not given it a real trial in rain or snow. For the sale price it is okay. If I had seen it in a store, I may not have purchased it. I will recommend but not highly.

Nicely made.It is heavy! Wish the snaps were a little sturdier. They come undone fairly easily. For size reference ,I’m female 5’2”. 130lbs Big busted I can fit a coat under this. It’s so heavy, you would probably only need a sweatshirt in 40 degree weather I it is long, but I had no trouble getting on the horse. Hope this helps.
