I went from a 60 lbs saddle to this one. My doctor told me that I had to change to a lighter one. I can throw this saddle one-handed onto my horse. It was pretty comfortable on a 9 mile trail ride. The seat could use more cushioning. I like the saddle.

I had to buy a light saddle due to back issues. I put my girth and breast collar on this saddle and can still throw it over my horse one handed. It rode a lot better than I was expecting. The stirrups need to be trained and I am getting a pad for the saddle seat. I rode 9 miles the first ride and it worked great.
