Your stenciled hearts and stars will last for days or may be brushed or rinsed out. Water-based Twinkle Gel may be stenciled on hair, fabric, metal, wood or leather. It is easily removed with a damp cloth.

Kit includes one stencil with 9 different heart sizes, one stencil with 5 different star sizes, one stencil with a shooting star, and one applicator.
