Tail Tamer Slick Bands are designed for horse hair. Made of plastic instead of rubber, these bands eliminate tangle, pulling out hair, and broken ends.
Unlike 'rubber' bands, Slick Bands can sit in your tack trunk all winter and will be usable in the Spring! They will not break down with age. Includes re-usable zip-lock pouch

I actually use these bands on my standard poodles in show coat!
They are easier to handle than the orthodontic bands many "poodle people" use, and I like the colors. I use the to hold the long topknot and ear hair in sections-- this prevents breakage and matting. I think they'd work well on horses-- I just use them a bit differently.
