It's time to let your horse graze stress-free! Constructed of durable nylon webbing and heavy duty rubber, this muzzle helps to control overeating by limiting forage consumption through a small bottom opening. A unique adjustable "V" strap above the nose helps to keep the muzzle in place. This muzzle features large holes at nose for easy breathing , 5-way adjustable fit, a “quick grip” closure, and easy-to-use throat snap.

We've been through more than one grazing muzzle and this is about the best we've found. All of our horses need them as they are on turnout in VERY green, very fresh grass most of the day. And this muzzle holds up (to other horses biting it, being ripped off, etc). We have yet to find a muzzle that the horses can't figure out how to get off (eventually) so we spend quite a bit of time riding out to find where they are. But, the quality on this is very good. And it's being used hard.

I've been using the Tough-1 Easy Breathe V Grazing Muzzle for years for my little mini and after retrieving it multiple times when she'd ditch it on some tree, etc., she finally adjusted to having it on. It now stays in place unless I remove it. Since my horses are always out on irrigated pasture, it is necessary to keep my little mini from foundering. My only complaint is that I've had to change sources because Chick's has raised their prices to the point that I have to look for free shipping. Chick's is slightly less expensive but their shipping prices are ridiculous.

Worked well for a few days but pony has figured out how to get it off. It also needs a clasp at the side. The velco gets hairy/dirty and doesn't comes off easily when it is used often.

The muzzle fits well 13 H Welsh /Arab pony and is very light and airy. Time will tell if there is any rubbing on the poll or chin . I bough it because it had its own halter, was light and airy.
