Prevent Ulcers In Horses!

ULCERGARD is an effective medication that prevents stomach ulcers in horses. It is the only preventive medication approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). A daily dose of ULCERGARD during times of stress effectively prevents stomach ulcers in healthy horses at risk for developing ulcers. Just 1mg/kg of omeprazole per day for 28 days effectively prevents the onset of ulcers in horses exposed to stressful conditions.

When treated for eight to 28 days, ULCERGARD is proven to effectively prevent gastric ulcers in horses exposed to stressful conditions. A single, daily dose provides the proper dose for horses weighing between 600 and 1,200 pounds.

The patented paste formulation guarantees stability and consistency. Each tube of ULCERGARD contains four daily doses for horses weighting 600 to 1,200 lbs. NOTE:ULCERGARD can be used in horses that weigh at least 600 pounds. Safety in pregnant mares has not been determined.
