420 Denier Lightweight Waterproof Turnout Blanket features 420 denier waterproof outer shell with lining. The 150 grams of Polyfil make it the perfect weight blanket for more moderate temperatures or it can be used as a blanket liner for extra warmth. It also features, double buckle adjustable front, low cross surcingles, adjustable removable leg straps, and an ample tail flap.

I have a 6 year old Azteca here in Southern California where blankets are rarely needed but I wanted to have something on hand for those occasional winter freezes. Just after I received my blankets (I got two which came quickly), she got sick and there was a cold snap. We threw this on her at night so her body didn’t have to work so hard while she was recovering and it did the job perfectly. bought this for my 3 yr old to travel to vets in the colder weather. we have a slightly open trailer and the wind can get in a bit. we had a 1 hr drive so wanted to make sure he stayed warm enough. this was light enough to keep him comfortable for the trip he didnt arrive in sweat. nice blanket for fall and spring cooler temps it does have 150 insulation so its not a sheet.

We are in the Western Maine Mountains where currently we have snow, rain, ice and wind. My retired Standardbred is cozy and stylish in his new 420 Denier Lightweight. It is very durable, he rolls in the mud, snow, and over a few ice balls. This blanket takes it like a champ! Very well worth the price, I've bought him 2.

This is a super cute blanket and fit my boy nicely. It is waterproof and the price is right, but it didn’t withstand him and our other horse. He’s had it on for about 4 days now and it has several small rips and one large one. If your horse is stabled then this is a great blanket, but if they’re in the field, it’s probably not gonna be tuff enough to last.

I ordered this blanket for my gelding that is a little on the smaller side. Unfortunately, it's a bit too large for him. Other than that, it's perfect for a horse that already has a nice coat already. Florida weather changes in an instant, and I didn't want him to roast in a heavier blanket. Works perfectly!

around the shoulder at the widest part, to the center of the tail. This measurement is easiest to obtain with a soft fabric measuring
tape.
