Fleece lined synthetic hock hobbles. Comes complete with 2 fleece lined hobbles with brass buckles and rings and connector straps. Hock hobbles are a training device that fasten around a horses hocks. They are used to get horses to engage their hind quarters and drop their heads and to collect and control their gait. These hobbles should only be used by experienced trainers.
