We live in the south (Tn) and these turnouts are perfect for our milder climate. They are also well-made. I have a Horze turnout blanket going into its 4th season with my gelding and it is still in excellent condition. Our show horses need something on cool nights/rainy days where a medium weight blanket is just too much. These are perfect and will get a lot of use.
