Shires Zeb-Tek Fly Mask With Ears and Detachable Nose. Scientific research shows that stripes effectively prevent flies from landing on the horse. The ZEB-TEK fabric deters bothersome flies and biting insects , keeping them away from the head. Additional fly defense is granted by the mesh eye visor, nose cover and airstream ears. UV blocking fabrics diminish the risk of sunburn and bleaching. Erganomic shaping and fleecy seam padding keep the fly mask away from the eyes and reduce gaps. Featuring Full face protection, airstream ears, stretch poll, adjustable safety fastenings and is completely breathable.

I love this fly mask. The mesh over the eyes is durable, easy to see through, and doesn’t cave in even when she rubs. It took a couple months before she managed to tear a small hole in the ear (she has really bad sweet itch, the last mask lasted a week before both ears were pretty much gone). I’ve only had to walk the pasture once looking for the mask, I think I didn’t get the Velcro snug enough. She doesn’t seem to care for the nose piece so I’m glad it’s removable. Will be buying a back up for next fly season!

Although I’m not a fan of zebra print this fly mask is awesome, incredibly well made, any seam that would rub is lined with fleece or fluff, and the zebra print is only visible on the outside (horse isn’t looking at it) very easy to see through and keeps bugs off

I purchased this mask for my new gelding who had a very pink nose and I was worried about sunburn. I wasn't totally sure if he would tolerate the mask covering his nose, and the detachable feature 2ad something I was very excited about. Hehe eye portion of the mask sits very far from the eye and it even had some extra padding above the eye/forehead area. The velcro closure is very sturdy and I havnt had any issues of him getting it off in the pasture. I would recommend this product again and again and the price is even better!

I ended up with a horse to rehab that was being given away online. She is about 300 pounds underweight, and has no eyeliner with a bald face. Her nose was sunburned. I bought this mask and now her face looks so much better. She’s also gained a ton of weight which I’m sure is due to good food. I highly recommend this product.

This is a good product. Bought it for three horses that get sunburn on their noses. Good structure to the mask and the ears are covered too! The detachable feature is very useful but more importantly the horses really like the mask - they came up in the morning to stand in line for their turn! This is a nice mask. Try it.

The mask was very sturdy and came down low enough on his nose to shield the area where he once had cancer near his nostrils.
