I purchased the “small” size for my welsh mix pony and this halter fit very well. The halter is well-made and has stood up to being machine washed multiple times now. The sunflowers are really cute and especially striking on her because she has dark hair on her face. I love that the hardware appears to be heavy-duty and that the sunflower themed ribbon is stitched on nice and firm. Note: I don’t leave her halter on while she’s turned out so I can’t comment on longevity of the halter if it’s left on 24/7. I have several halters that I rotate through so it’s gotten a few months of use from leading her to and from the field as well as during bath time and trailering.
