Horze Kid's Waterproof and Insulated Barn Boots are great for the barn, shows, or other outdoor activities during cold and wet weather. With a waterproof foot and terry-lined insulated nylon upper, these boots keep you warm and dry. Excellent tread for sure footing. Pull-on, Velcro closure. They are waterproof up to the ankle and the insulation extends through the whole boot.
