All roles are full-time careers and on-site in Harrington, Delaware.

Bring energy and great service to our retail store floor. You'll help customers find the right gear, keep the sales floor sharp, ring up sales, and make sure our shelves are stocked and looking their best.

What you'll do

  • Assist customers with purchases and product recommendations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, well-merchandised sales floor
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
  • Receive, mark, and display merchandise
  • Restock shelves and keep inventory presentable
  • Be flexible to assist in other positions as needed

What you'll bring

  • Significant hands-on horse experience required
  • Working knowledge of Western & English saddlery, tack, and apparel
  • An assertive, energetic personality with a passion for sales
  • Strong communication skills and basic math
  • Computer literacy and a polite, sociable demeanor
  • Availability to work weekends
Store hours: Tuesday–Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sunday 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Weekends required. On-site in Harrington, DE.

Keep our online store accurate, organized, and up to date. You'll build product pages, maintain product data, and help thousands of customers find exactly the right gear.

What you'll do

  • Process and maintain product data across our catalog
  • Create and update internet product pages
  • Merchandise products so they're easy to find
  • Communicate with vendors on products, pricing, and availability
  • Prepare reports and handle filing and admin tasks
  • Solve problems independently with little supervision

What you'll bring

  • Significant hands-on horse experience required
  • Working knowledge of Western & English saddlery, tack, and apparel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Comfort with desktop computing; quick to learn new tools
  • A self-starter who works diligently on their own
  • Photoshop, HTML, photography, or e-commerce CMS a plus
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week. On-site in Harrington, DE.

Bring our brand to life online. You'll own our social presence, produce eye-catching photo and video content, and tell the story of Chick's to a nationwide community of horse lovers. Because you'll create content about our products and customers, real horse experience is essential to making it authentic.

What you'll do

  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all platforms
  • Grow followers and engagement and build an active community
  • Respond to customer comments and messages when appropriate
  • Create graphics, short-form videos, and promotional content
  • Assist with product photography and video production
  • Write blog posts, product descriptions, and website content
  • Plan and send email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Support other media and marketing (print, sponsorships, and more)
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels

What you'll bring

  • Significant hands-on horse experience required
  • Working knowledge of Western & English saddlery, tack, and apparel
  • 5+ years of social media content creation or digital marketing
  • Hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • A creative mindset with excellent organization
  • Comfort with photography and video a strong plus
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, on-site in Harrington, DE. Relocation assistance available.
