Hard to put on, but beautiful

Love this color!! It looks so nice on my black boy!! He is a Dutch Harness with a large head and it fits nicely. (I have trouble finding the right size for the dinosaur head). He is tall 17hh and it is hard to attach the buckle, it does not clip
