I bought 4 of these blankets for this winter. Have used them for a couple of times and really like them. They fit well and I realy like the strong velcro to hold the front together. I also like that the back straps are not elastic. My only negitive is one the blankets the front buckle broke, not the clasp the actual buckle broke off. I do not see a way I can fix it. Luckily the velcro is stong and sort of holds it together.

Like the 2000 denier. Very durable. Very warm and well made blanket. Hardware is not cheap (snaps).

Overall I do really like this blanket. My only issue with it is that the neck straps are very short. It’s almost tight on my gelding. Everything else fits great though.

Measuring For a Horse Blanket

Have your horse stand still (if possible!) on flat, level ground.

Measure from the center of your horse's chest around the shoulder at the widest part, to the center of the tail. This measurement is easiest to obtain with a soft fabric measuring tape.

This measurement - in inches - is your blanket size.
