Saw this coat and I've a dog with almost no fluff to his coat and what with going in to cool weather, I figured this might be a cool thing for him to wear. Easy on/off. I got the M size for my 33 pound fella but know he's a lean one with super long legs. I like the feel of the inside material, and the outer shell IS water resistant at the least (not sure if water proof). Leg holes ample in size which is great. Velcro closure. Not sure how much of a beating this coat will take but for the on sale price I paid, I'm happy with it.
