I have been using Hamilton leather necks for many years. I add a ring to it. BETTER than a halter. Even my 3yo has worn one since he was a yearling.

I purchased the “horse” size because I have a large pony. However, even it was too small for my pony. I realize it being on sale at $5.00, I should not have expected much. My bigger issue is that shipping was $7.99. Yes, I can return the too short strap but they don’t refund customer’s shipping cost. By the time I pay to ship it back, I’m out even more money. Not worth the risk of buying if it’s not going to fit your equine no matter how much it’s on sale.
