Used before training, the Cairo Cooler prepares the horse's muscles for the upcoming strain, thanks to the ceramic nanoparticles woven into the fabric. These particles absorb energy of the horse's body releasing far-infrared ray of 8~12?m wavelength back to the animal's body. The infrared radiation is able to penetrate deeply into the tissue and excite water molecules, which in turn leads to heat emission, which makes blood vessels expand leading to increased blood circulation and thus metabolism. Also during longer transports, where the horse's movement is limited, the cooler keeps the muscles supple. Thanks to the polar fleece fabric, this cooler has great moisture-wicking properties and can be used after training as well.
Measuring For a Horse Blanket
Have your horse stand still (if possible!) on flat, level ground.
Measure from the center of your horse's chest around the shoulder at the widest part, to the center of the tail. This measurement is easiest to obtain with a soft fabric measuring tape.
This measurement - in inches - is your blanket size.
