Size up if possible. I needed the largest size browbands possible to fit over the melanomas my horse has around her tmj’s. I ordered the oversized one and it’s just barely 16”. This is usually a “full” on any bridle I’ve ever bought (and already have). It’s only $5 but it was a waste of $5 and shipping to me as I won’t be able to use it. With that said, it’s a decent quality, but a very dark brown. It’s almost hard to tell apart from the black browbands I also bought to try for my dressage bridle.
