Though I always use a string halter while riding, I live in the fire zone of northern CA, and we have to be prepared for sudden evacuations. Leather is recommended over meltable nylon. I'm very happy with the quality and legibility. I pray I'll never have to use these handsome halters in a fire emergency.

The halter in made of substantial leather and looks nice with the triple stitching. I was worried the nameplate would be too blingy., but turns out it’s classy and understated. The horse size fit my Arab with the adjustments. It looks beautiful on him and I’m extremely pleased with this purchase. This would make a very nice gift for any horse lover.

Need better Description of the name plates positions. Wanted it on the nose band and got it on the left cheek for all 3 I bought. Picked line 1 for engraving thinking it would be the nose band.

This halter looks great on, and doesn’t look or feel cheap. The leather is soft without being flimsy, and seems like it will hold up a long time. I bought OS for my 17.2 mare and it fits perfectly. Nameplate came as ordered and adds a nice touch, love that it matches the buckles!

I bought the London Tan color. It's an orange-tan color, brighter than I expected but I really like it. Horse size fits my paint perfectly. Leather is stiff, but fine after a good oiling.
