Rugged Ride Braided Rope Halter With Matching 6ft Lead is fully adjustable and designed to fit snugly. Rope Halters have no hardware to break, making it the preferred choice of trainers, clinicians, outfitters, trail riders, working cowboys and riders from all disciplines. Throat knot should touch the horse's throat latch, ropes from that knot to the crown should come up behind the jaw bone. Great for everyday use.

Includes removable matching 6' lead.

This halter is very soft and not stiff. This is not a training halter. Color is bright and looks better in person. Lead rope a bit short but easy to remove.

Halter is great. However, they need to better secure the two straps so they don't come apart when tying the secure knot. Also, an 8' lead would be more sensible. 6' is much too short.

Between this and the Tough1, I like the feel of Tough1 better since it holds shape and can be used for a light correction. This one is very soft and more likely to slide to the side.

This is a nice rope halter, especially for the price. I like the selection of colors and bought two. While the lead is short, still perfectly adequate for catching and leading horses. Looks well made and its thick. I think it will last a long time.
