Bought these as everyday halters. Needed leather in case of fire evacuation (nylon melts into horse's skin). Impressed with the rounded corner on the buckles and the sturdiness of the leather and the double buckle crown piece. Many higher quality halters do not have this last feature. Would buy again.

Was surprised how nice these were given the reasonable price. Fit well but are also adjustable at crown and chin. I might order another one or two to have a spare around.

Sadly the wrong size was sent to me so I had to send it back for an exchange, but what a nice halter at a GREAT price! I can't wait to get the Cob size I ordered (instead of the Yearling size that was mailed) so we can try it on my daughter's new pony!

I purchased two of these halters in the "arabian" size as sometimes cob is too big for my arabians. Leather quality is great for the price, but the halters would not fit on my horse's heads. One is 14.1 and one is 13.3 so the arab size is more of a medium pony by my guess.
