The smooth dogbone is a three-piece mouthpiece that lies flatter across the tongue, reducing the nutcracker effect common in two-piece snaffles. Its independent side action allows each cheek to move separately, giving riders crisp lateral control, clearer shoulder placement, and a more refined feel for shaping turns and softness.
