13" Youth/Pony Rough Out Saddle With Serpentine Tool. This saddle features rough out leather accented with a serpentine tooled border. Braided rawhide horn and Silver laced rawhide cantle with Brown suede leather seat. Saddle is accented with engraved Silver conchos. Saddle is equipped with D rings on front of skirts, nylon latigo and off billet.
