I got this for a young teen just starting to show western in local 4h shows, and didn’t want to break bank on it but also wanted something that would last him as long as he needs it. The bridle came and was better leather than I’d expected and was already very soft! The reins were a good weight to. I got medium oil and then oiled it with mink oil to match the dark oil saddle it will be used with, it took the oil just fine and didn’t feed greasy after wiping off the extra. The silver is not real silver or it’s just barely covered in a tiny bit of silver, but for the price I never expected it to be legit silver. It fit my 16 hh thoroughbred with room to adjust up and down. Very happy with the purchase over all.
