Our Best Selling 3 String Western Hay Bale Slow Feed Hay Net is made of poly cord for long wear. Fits large western hay bales, 120 lbs. Easy to cover over bale.
When using with smaller bale sizes, the extra length netting can be easily tucked and secured up under the bale. Horse's eat slower with less waste. Not to be used with horses wearing shoes.
Netting large hay bales lengthens the life of the bale and prohibits horses from pulling out hay and stomping it into the ground, creating waste. Gives the horses a 24/7 option to eat when other forage is unavailable, mimicking their grazing nature.
Fits 3 string western bales aooroximately 22" x 15" x 45".
Net openings are 2" x 2" square.
