Shires Fine Mesh Fly Mask With Air Stream Ears

I love these Shires fly masks. They are fine enough to breath and provide better vision for your horse compared to the heavier masks. They fit well and hold up really nice!

My appendix absolutely hates fly masks, he destroys them all! After buying this mask he has never once ripped it off, and it doesn't even have a scratch on it! I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Tried the cob size on 2 horses. Both were able to get it off . The felt lining is thick enough that they can easily get it off by rubbing a tree. Very disappointed

This fly mask is great. It is well made and the fleece seams are nice and soft. The Velcro is nice and wide but still opens easily enough. It fits the horse nicely.

These mask are so much better than the regular, cheap plastic masks. The light mesh allows air movement so my horses are not as hot, and they can see so much better so they are not as spooky in the pasture. They seem to be very comfortable for the horses as well, no swear lines where the mask sits, no rubbing bu the mask or the horse. Great product, worth every penny!

Love this fly mask! I buy cob size for my Paso Fino horses and this mask fits great! The mesh stays away from the eyes and there is elastic around the back edge of the mask that allows it to "give" a bit when the horse moves but keeps it snug against the skin. The velcro closures have webbing on them so I am sure they will last a long time. This is the first Shires mask that I have bought but I am needing to replace masks for the remainder of my horses (7) and the replacements will be Shires! Thanks for a great product!!

Finally, through trial & error, I have found a mask that works for my gelding, who has problems with flies & dust during the summer months. This mask with ears keeps the flies out. Additionally, the fabric over the eyes does not make contact with any part of the eye. Last, but not least, the amount of fine dust that gets through the mask is much less than other masks I have used. Shires is definitely my go to mask from now on. Great product and great service from Chick's.

This fly mask fits very well with plenty of room for eyes and ears. It is soft, so mare doesn't fuss with it at all. Thank you Shires!

Best fly mask on the market . Nothing get thru the mesh . This was the only mask that kept the dirt out of my horses eye during a three month battle with an ulcer

My horse is an expert at getting fly masks off and then she suffers all day with bugs in her ears!! I decided to purchase the Shires Fine Mesh Mask because my barn mate has one and her horse never gets his off. Well, it is amazing! The fit is great and I really think the 2 strap closure is working like a charm. Since I put this mask on her, she is still wearing it at the end of the day! I love the fleece at the top. It keeps the mask from hitting her eyes and I believe the actual cut of the mask is what keeps it in place. I really like it!

Cant say enough about this mask. It's the best one I've ever used. Fit fine mesh and sits up away from eyes. Great material a d it's pretty. We got the gray one and the turquoise ones. Will be ordering more. Great fit

I love these shires fly masks. I have been using this brand for at least 3 years and won't buy any other. They are the only ones that stay on and fit well. They are very durable and the fine mesh is great. Also dos a great job in the gnat season. The gnats are very small and these masks keep them out. My 3 horses love them and drop their heads to put them on as soon as they see me approaching with them. They know they work too...

I really like this fly bonnet! The fine mesh keeps the bugs out, as do the air stream ears. My horse happily leaves it on which he does not do with other brands. His old large horse size fit perfectly but the new one is a little big. I should have paid attention to the handy size chart! I love this mask!
