As a new horse owner at age 73, I have nothing to compare these fly masks with. This is the first brand we tried, and it fits well and seems to stay on, even when the mares roll in the mud! I have washed them in my washing machine, and they held up well. The ears have gotten holes in them (for both horses, so I guess it's a common problem), but they still seem to do the job. I like the colors, too!

I have had one of these masks for my bald face Appy for at least 4 years. It has finally worn out. Excellent quality, I never expected it to last this long. She wears the mask all day every day and fortunately is not very hard on it. I highly recommend this mask fo quality, durability, and price. So off I go to the cart to order a new one.

These masks are the best I've found, The price is great. My Buster boy is hard on his masks, his name says it all. He usually goes through 2-3 a season. I buy the masks with the nose cover because he gets sunburnt on his nose and these have full coverage. I've tried them all and these masks are the best. I will never buy anything else again. I been buying these for about 5 years now. I also buy for our other horses and the size is spot on. We had a warm blood and I always bought him the Large Horse and they fit perfectly, he also used to go through 2-3 a season. Best buy for the price, it's worth it to replace them. I always buy 3 masks at a time at the start of fly season in different colors. I always buy the masks with the ear covering also.

I really like this fly mask. It protects the whole head. I have two pink nosed horses that need sun protection and this mask works great. One of my boys have a really long forelock so I like having the cutout to pull it through. I like all the color options too. Overall good quality at a great price.

We LOVE this fly mask. It is sturdy, covers the ears and the long length also protects our white nosed horses protected from the sun. And, the strong velcro closure keeps the mask on even playful 'Houdini' horses who can slip out of just about anything. Works better than some of the much more expensive fly masks we have tried.

For such a low price- especially on sale- I don't feel bad about throwing them out after the season. My mare is very rough on them; they stay on 24/7 unless I'm doing something with her or she's in her stall (last summer, she spent less than 10 days inside). She has blue eyes and a pink nose. The nose portion definitely helps me battle her sunburns! The colors make it so easy to spot if she takes it off, which she only did once haha! Definitely recommend a color that is easy to spot! Her first one- which I got for free, so can't complain- was gray... so were the rocks! The bright blue is super easy to see!

I really like these masks for the price! This horse goes through about 3 per summer, but he's rough on his masks, so for the price they are great! He usually rips off the ears and around the eyes due to rubbing on things. I have to say, I have bought other masks, and these are the toughest and longest lasting I have found. He also gets sunburned on his nose area, and these work get for that too, no more sunburn!

I purchased 4 of these for my two horses. I'm very pleased overall - they are well made and do a great job. The Horse size fits my smaller gelding perfectly. The XL Size fits my larger gelding, but could be a few inches longer in the nose area.
